Even though she is very well known for always saying she never went to school, former professional sumbie Vendor Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad black seems to very well know the science of everything that happens in bed and why Nakankaka had alot of Kyovu.
Speaking out in a video clip shared on her SnapChat, Maama Jonah stressed that all this was because of an intensively grown infection.
In a video with one of the Ssenga’s, Bad Black said that the Kyovu is caused syphilis and gonorrhea as she advised Nakankanka to visit rush to health facilities for immediate attention.
