Latest reports coming through allege how Turkey based Ugandan blogger who was recently captured was deported back to Uganda and is currently being held in Gulu at Military Air Force Base.
According to The Observer newspaper, they have come out today and Tweeted that Lumbuye was brought back to Uganda on 8th August and is being held.
This newspaper also claims that after Lumbuye landed in the country, SFC went ahead and confiscated the airport passenger manifest.
