The latest on the Blizz news desk indicates how struggling singer Kemi Sera and family are currently ranting and totally disappointed as they accuse South African based Ugandan socialite and philanthropist Katsha De'bank together with his accomplices TV personality Miles Rwamiti and blogger Ray Supersta of fraud.
The development is in relation to a bounced cheque that was issued by Katsha De'bank as a financial boost to revive Kemi Sera's music career months back after going into rehabilitation due to depression and alleged drug use, a dummy cheque that was received by the singer's elder brother, Shadraq.
Though in broad day light, Katsha issued shs37million in a dummy cheque for the "Akagato" singer's maintenance, inside sources in the Kemi Sera family have revealed to Blizz Uganda how the cheque bounced as the NRM's social media preacher, Ray Superstar and Katsha De' Bank's Public relations officer, Miles Rwamiti mishandled the money.
It must be remembered that after coming out to the public pleading for a new manager following her bitter fall out with singer Haruna Mubiru due to domestic violence, Katsha De'bank had raised his head head up to give a helping hand to Kemi Sera thereby introducing Ray Superstar as her new music manager who was responsible to deliver his financial assistance towards the progress of her music career.
