Celebrated singer Victor Ruz's longtime manager, Mugerwa Joseph, aka Zamba finally decided to settle down after getting introduced by his longtime lover Kamugume Aidah, in a beautiful kukyala ceremony that saw close friends and family gather to celebrate their love.
Zamba, who met Aidah in Kampala, admits that their relationship started modestly, but their connection has grown stronger, leading to a significant milestone on December 14th, 2024, when they decided to finally officiate everything.
On this day, Aidah formally introduced Zamba to her aunt in Makerere, paving the way for him to meet her parents soon in a Kwanjula ceremony then later on a big wedding.
“Over the years, I’ve been in various relationships, but Aidah stands out. She’s not like the opportunistic women in Kampala who’ve taken advantage of my kindness. She’s genuine, and that’s why I’ve decided to make her my life partner,” Zamba said.

The couple has big plans for the future. Zamba revealed that he intends to meet Aidah’s parents officially in February 2025, followed by a wedding later on in March 2025.
This marks a significant turning point for Zamba, who has been a prominent figure in Uganda’s entertainment scene, known for his charm and generosity.
