Veteran TV Presenter, Dave J Kazoora has also opened up about how much he used to earn while working on WBS TV's Jam Agenda nightly show.
While appearing on NBS TV's Uncut Sabula show, Kazoora opened up about Jam Agenda, an entertainment program that used to air on WBS TV until he left the screens and joined events organisation among other things notably production.
He recently came out and spoke out his mind about Sheila Gashumba’s rants over her pay on NTV Uganda. Like many, Kazoora sided with the station and dropped a bombshell that back then when he was still the Jam Agenda presenter, he used to earn Shs20, 000.
“I used to earn Shs20,000 every time I presented Jam Agenda. I remember in a month it was Shs180,000 plus other benefits, of course, it was okay money because of the platform the show gave me,“- he said while being interviewed on NBS Uncut.
Kazoora further stated that instead of presenters coming out to cry of little pay, it should be the producers, cameramen, and other technical guys because they do all the work that we see on the screens.
J. Kazoora: I did not disagree with @SheilahGashumba. However, I was letting her know that attacking her former station was not the right move. That aside, Sheilah was getting UGX 100 thousand for a 30-minutes show, which I believe was good pay. #UncutSabula #SanyukaUpdates pic.twitter.com/fJfl2BgpDt
