Hon. Muhammad Nsereko has sent out a venomous reply to Minister.Peace Mutuuzo who proposed the banning of Libia Pulling/stretching in Uganda as a way of protecting the girl power.

Peace Regis Mutuuzo, the Minister of State for Gender and Culture in the Ugandan Cabinet appointed to that position on 6 June 2016 called for  apresser through which she announced this new development that sent the whole country into wonder whether she knew what she meant exactly.

Now MP Muhammad Nsereko has replied her through his social media;

"Hon Minister, Let’s leave matters of culture to cultural leaders. You may cause unnecessary riots.

Remember the Nrm government came from the Bush(munsiko), so don’t just think visiting that Bush is completely useless.

Where I agree though is that it should not be forceful, it must be voluntary to those above 18 .
As for Female Genital Mutilation ,it’s inhuman and degrading and bad.

Leave the sengas and kojjas do their work. Try to visit EKISAKATTE. You will learn more. Hon Nakiwala Kiyinji should try to advise you on that."- he warned.
