Just after the nasty breakup of singer Fille Mutoni and baby daddy MC Kats, rumor came out stating how Fille was chewing city playboy Salim Swaleh's big cassava and now after Kats revealing his HIV status, even Salim has confessed shocking signs.
Taking it to his social media, Salim, who was once rumored to have been feasting on Fille's sumbie has also put up a post that left many of his followers shocked and praying for him to go for treatment.
Even though he later on rushed to pull down the post and even though he deleted it, some of his friends have been seen posting on his wall trying to encourage him not to loose hope but to rather to and get treatment for a better life.
Salim came out and trashed the allegations of him having been dating Fille but as they always say, there's no smoke without fire.
