In a single match played on 19th November, 2019 at the Star Times Stadium Lugogo, home side Proline FC beat Maroons FC to increase their chances of going out of relegation zone by the end of first round with a 3:2 victory.
The Purple and yellow stripped side scored through Edirisa Lubega, Mustafa Mujuzi and Diego Hamis Kiiza. The former Uganda Cranes winger Kiiza scored his first goal for the Mujib Kasule owned side.
Maroons goals were from Steven Mukwala and Solomon Walusimbi but were not enough to deny Proline victory. The loss was their season's fifth after five wins and four draws in 14 matches thus far.
Proline FC now need just four points to move up from the relegation zone and with three matches to end their first round, they are now overwhelming to end the first round out of relegation.
