Paying a touching and emotional tribute, Ugandan socialite Nalongo Don Zella, real nam Sheila Nadege, commemorated the second anniversary of her late husband James Juntunen's passing, the father of her three children, was battling Parkinson's disease.
Tragically, in February 2022, Don Zella announced the passing of her beloved husband due to complications from Covid at the Abu Dhabi Al Rahaba hospital. In her heartfelt tribute, she bared her soul, acknowledging the hardships she and her children have faced since Juntunen's demise, emphasizing his pivotal role as the family's pillar.
"6th February is a very hard day for my kids & me; it's very traumatic remembering their dad's loss! It has been two years since we lost the pillar of our family. It's very hard for the kids; only people who've experienced loss can understand this trauma! Today, the kids, friends, and I paid respect for his memorial ceremony. It's not easy, but we plug along day by day. A lot of isolation from the real world, lots of challenges, and changes in our lives, but we still move forward. We thank God for the life we have and keep praying," she expressed.
She continued, "Continue to rest in peace, Mr. James Juntunen. Fly higher." Don Zella's words resonated with the difficulties many face after losing a loved one, highlighting the shared human experience of grief.
