Ugandan content creator extraordinaire, Raymond Kahuma, has once again catapulted himself into the hallowed halls of the Guinness World Records. Renowned for his gastronomic escapades, Kahuma, who previously wowed the world with the largest Ugandan Rolex in 2022, has now left tongues wagging with his latest achievement - the fastest chapati cooking time!

Kahuma, the maestro behind the spatula, took on this daring culinary challenge on the 19th of November 2023 in the heart of Kenya. With the precision of a seasoned chef and the flair of a culinary showman, he managed to whip up three delectable chapatis in a jaw-dropping 3 minutes, 10 seconds, and 22 milliseconds.

The magic behind the chapati wizardry involved a dance of ingredients, with 72kg of flour pirouetting gracefully alongside 40kg of cooking oil, creating a culinary spectacle that had spectators on the edge of their seats.

It was a culinary symphony that left a trail of tantalizing aromas and record-breaking history.

Not one to rest on his laurels, Kahuma has already set his sights on his next epicurean conquest - a Guinness World Record for the largest Kenyan "smocha." The smocha, a delectable creation featuring a chapati embracing a smoked sausage, promises to be a mouthwatering endeavor that will keep food enthusiasts eagerly awaiting Kahuma's next culinary spectacle.
