Legendary Ugandan singer Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone has reportedly elevated his booking stage performances fare structure to a fixed $2700 (shs 10 million)

It is alleged the development was part of the key issues on the agenda in a meeting that the "Kiggwa leero" singer held with his management on the new year eve.

With the National Promoters Association of Uganda ranking his performance fare at shs 4million, Tata Abbah has elevated his booking fees and instructed all his 3 managers to book not any shows in Kampala at less than $2700 which is about 10,000,000Ugx.

The Leone Island Music label CEO has put further instructions where all shows will come with an extra fee for his convoy fuel.

The singer is also bound to charge for both audio and video adverts in case a promoter wants him to rally fans to an event.

Accordingly, all upcountry shows will be negotiable depending on place and means, live band or CD" the singer instructed.
