Singer turned politician, the National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Bobi Wine is nursing an injury after being shot in the leg during political activities in Bulindo, Kira and according to the dramatic footage circulating on social media, Bobi Wine was seen being hurriedly attended to by his security team and associates immediately.
Panic ensued as the 41-year-old was rushed to nearby Najeem Medical Centre for first aid before being transferred to Nsambya Hospital for further treatment.
