Just as it was in the past, God still speaks to his people only that people do not want to listen. The Ugandan Prophet, musician and Pastor, Bishop Isaiah Mbuga of Christ's Heart Ministries International is that man of God who received God’s revelation about the calamity that was yet to befall on us two years later.
While talking to the congregation at his church Christ’s Heart Ministry international in Mukono on the New Year fellowship overnight Dec 31 2016 – Jan 01, 2017, Isaiah said that around year 2019 there’s a disease with no medicine is about to hit the world and people who will be infected will die.
“You are about to watch there would be a disease around 2019 that will come, its airbone. Whoever will gets it will die because there will be no medication” Said Prophet Isaiah.
Coronavirus Disease 2019 shortened as COVID-19 was reported in December 2019 in the city of Wuhan in the province of Hubei, China. The disease has since then infected more that 230,000 claiming over 8000 people in more than 160 countries. As of March 20, 2020 there’s no confirmed vaccine or Antiviral drug confirmed by the Centre for Disease Control - CDC that treats the disease.
The prophet said that the only way to get away from it is to pray and become born again because only the mercy of God will save people from the pandemic.
Mixed reactions on social media as the video resurfaces with some believing that Bishop Isaiah Mbuga is a real prophet while others say that it’s a postdated video.
Uganda has not yet received any confirmed case of COVID-19 and preventive measures have been put in place by authorities including a mandatory quarantine all people entering the country, closing schools, religious gatherings, wedding parties, burials and other gatherings exceeding 10 people.
