This newly opened factory is the first of its kind in Uganda and East Africa, specializing in the manufacturing of farming and industrial machinery.

The factory aims to reduce reliance on imports by providing locally manufactured, high-quality machinery to support farmers, businesses, and industrialists in Uganda and across East Africa.
A $30 Million Investment Transforming Uganda’s Industrial Sector:
Staunch Machinery has invested a staggering $30 million in Uganda’s manufacturing sector. This latest facility in Namanve is set to revolutionize the agricultural and industrial landscape by providing locally manufactured equipment, reducing reliance on imports.
With over 100 Ugandans employed at the factory, working alongside Lebanese experts, the initiative is fostering skills transfer, job creation, and industrial growth.

She noted that such initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening Uganda’s economy, creating employment opportunities, and empowering local industries.
