After months of legal battles and public disputes, former lovers Mary Nambwayo and Suuna Ben have officially settled their long-standing feud as he has gotten full rights to his Mansion Landtitle and agreed to build a Bungalow for Mary in Gayaza worth UGx. 70Million.

A mediation meeting held today, chaired by Hajji KT Kavuma, successfully brokered a resolution between the two. The meeting was attended by journalist Josephat Seguya, Suuna Ben, Mary Nambwayo, and property mogul Hajji Kamoga.

The dispute centered around a land title, with Suuna Ben accusing Hajji Kamoga of fraudulently adding Mary Nambwayo’s name to his property documents without his consent. Suuna Ben insisted that Mary had not contributed financially to acquiring the land or constructing the house in question.

As part of the final agreement, Suuna Ben has agreed to:

  • Build a UGX 70 million bungalow for Mary Nambwayo in Gayaza-Kitetika, where she will live with their child.
  • Transfer full ownership of the land and house to Mary Nambwayo.
  • Regain sole ownership of his original mansion and land title.

Construction of the new house will commence tomorrow, with Hajji KT Kavuma overseeing the process to ensure the property meets the agreed standards.

Suuna Ben and Mary Nambwayo, who were both presenters at Bukedde FM and share a son together, have been in a heated dispute over property ownership for months, even taking the matter to court.
