Media personality Ruth Kalibbala Bwanika announced her resignation from her role as host of the Mwasuze Mutya Program at NTV Uganda. Kalibbala, who was handpicked by Nation Media Group to fill the shoes of Faridah Nakazibwe, has decided to step down from her position.

Kalibbala's journey into television hosting began after the closure of the Twezimbe show on Dembe FM and Spark TV, where she worked alongside Kasuku and Shafiiq Kayima.

Following the sudden closure of the radio station, Kalibbala transitioned to NTV Uganda, bringing her trademark blend of real-life experiences to the Mwasuze Mutya Program.

While the exact reasons behind her resignation remain undisclosed, Kalibbala confirmed her decision in an interview with her former colleague Kasuku on YouTube. In the interview, she expressed her desire to embark on a new chapter in her career.

Following her departure from NTV, speculation has arisen about Kalibbala's next move. Kasuku extended an invitation for her to join the Talk and Talk show, a weekend program on YouTube known for its coverage of celebrity gossip and the entertainment industry.

However, it remains uncertain whether Kalibbala will accept the offer.
