Royal Jeff Opens Up ‘JP Production Company’ to Uplift New Talents, Starts Auditions

Musician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Royal Jeff, real name Timothy Ssemanda, is taking major steps to give back to the industry as he has officially launched The JP Production Company, a brand-new production house aimed at nurturing and empowering talented artists.

Speaking to Blizz Uganda snoops, Royal Jeff revealed that JP Production Company isn’t just about recording music—it’s a full package built to support musicians at every level of their journey.

Here’s what they’re offering:

• Recording Studio Services: A state-of-the-art studio in Kyanja for professional recording, mixing, and mastering.
• Music Lessons: Training programs in music theory, vocal coaching, and mastering instruments.
• Music Production: Full music creation services, from composition and arrangement to top-notch production.
• Artist Development: Mentorship and brand-building support for up-and-coming stars.
• Event Management: Organizing concerts, festivals, and events to help artists showcase their craft.
• Music Publishing: Handling songwriting, copyright, and royalties to ensure artists get their dues.
• Audio-Visual Services: Sound design, video production, and audio post-production for film, TV, and live events.

Royal Jeff emphasized that JP Production Company is all about giving opportunities to real talent, regardless of experience.

"As a company, we look forward to lifting talents. We will always sign any musician who is good at singing, no matter what stage of their career," he said.

Currently, the company is gearing up for auditions on 16th May 2025 at their Kyanja premises, where they plan to sign thirty (30) musicians to kickstart this journey.
