Musicians Mark Walugembe alias Buchaman and Catherine Kusasira have on Saturday 16th October eaten big after being appointed as new presidential advisors for Kampala Affairs.
The appointment has been made by President Yoweri Museveni who on Saturday paid a maiden visit to the ghetto dwellers of Katwe on invitation by 'the Minister for condolences" thereby being convinced of fixing the musicians into his cabinet so as to create ore harmony and health working conditions and speed up service delivery in the area.
Catherine Kusasira has been appointed as the Chief Presidential advisor on Kampala Affairs and notably of this has been former Firebase Crew vice president and controversial Ghetto President Mark Walugembe (Buchaman) who has been considered for the position of the Presidential envoy for Ghetto Affairs.
Under this role, Kusasira will reportedly be in charge of coordinating the young ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) recruits in the slum dwellings whereas the three legged Buchaman will be bonding the desperate Ghetto dwellers with the ruling National Resistance Movement.
