Court has give greenlight to Grammy Awards nominee and singer Edirisa Musuuza commonly known as Eddy Kenzo to perform again anywhere in Uganda.

The ruling that has taken place on Tuesday 20th halts High Court Justice Juliet Nakitende's previous ruling that banned the "Ssemyekozo" singer from performing or organising any show or concert pending the determination of the matters in the main suit filed by events promoter LUBA Events.

LUBA Events accuses Young Mandela of breaching a contract he had signed with him thereby suffering losses to a tune of shs 800million in preparations for a concert that never took place back in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and instead of giving him the chance to reorganise the concert in 2022 at a cost of shs 140million, Eddy Kenzo sought the services of other promoters.

Through his socials, Eddy Kenzo has revealed how the Honourable court has ruled in his favour on Tuesday thereby removing the temporary injuction that barred him from the festive stage performances with costs.

"Lies are too loud with unnecessary noise but the truth always comes in organized sweet melodies.

Today the 20th of Decemberthe Honorable court of Uganda ruled in our favour against the temporary injunction that was intended to stop Me from doing my job.

The matter has been dismissed with costs and I can only tell you my people that we gonna have a good time this festives season. Make the dates."- Eddy Kenzo.

It should be remembered that after the Kololo Festival, Eddy Kenzo came out weeping like a baby how some people wanted to kill him.
