Veteran singer Lubega Tonny alias Red Banton is currently enjoying 'Caterpillar dances' after Swedish based Ugandans Richard Muhangi alias MC Richie and Rebecca Agaba bailed him out from house eviction.
The ” Sijja Kuva Kampala” hit maker almost became homeless after his landlady only identified as Joan shamed him in the media for going several months without clearing his rent dues to the extent that whenever she tries to talk to him, he acts bossy.
His acts got the landlady bitter and decided to throw him out of her premises leaving him homeless.
After making headlines, it was a blessing in disguise for the singer as MC Richie and Rebecca Agaba joined efforts to bail him out of the tough economic situations he is passing through with millions of shillings.
During an exclusive interview with Sanyuka TV, Red Banron confirmed the development thereby scoffing at his landlady for making his worrying standards of living a stepping stone to a good living.
"That lady thought she was exposing me by going to the media to talk about my debts however, she doesn't know that she opened blessings for me because, since yesterday, I have received money to cover my debts."- Red Banton.
