Muganzirwazza group has had two matches played on Thursday 2nd December,2021 as Butambala took on Mawogola earlier in the day at mid-day whereas Buddu played Buwekula later at 3pm.
The match between Mawogola and Butambala ended in a 1:1 stalemate, thanks to goals from Isiah Sabiiti 7' and Blancher Mulamba 26' who scored for the respective sides.
Later in the day, group leaders Buwekula lost their chances of maintaining a 100% winning start to the group when they drew 2:2 with 2016 champions Buddu despite leading the match on two occasions.
Buwekula scored through penalties by Isaac "Messi" Musiima in the 7th and 75th minutes whereas Buddu equalised through a superb Bruno Bunyanga header but it was Edward Namasa who gave the Steven Bogere coached side a point with a second equalizer in the 78th minute.
Buwekula currently leads the table with four points level with Buddu on points but with a superior goal difference having won their first match 5:1 against Busujju compared to a 1:0 win by Buddu against Butambala.
The Muganzirwazza group action will resume on Saturday 4th December,2021 with Buddu playing host to Busujja whereas Mawogola will take on Buwekula still at FUFA Technical Center Njeru where all matches are being played.
