Today's Parliament sitting was filled with drama when Hon. Nsereko Muhammad raised an issue about Minister of Internal Affairs, Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafire's dress code, saying it looks like a curtain.
In his defense, Otafire said that he is putting on an African Attire commonly known as The Mandela Shirt and that his dress code should not be an issue of the August House.
Otafire was further attacked and asked to put on this Mandela Shirt the proper way by atleast buttoning the shirt to the last button on top.
