A few days ago, singer Tugume Wyclif aka Ykee Benda came out through his social media and complained to Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) and General Katumba Wamala over the pothole horrible conditioned Salaama Road, now they have rushed.
Ykee Benda asked UNRA to renovate the horrible conditioned pot-hole filled tiny Salaama-Munyonyo Road before it's too late.
Through his Twitter account, Ykee Benda has asked General Edward Katumba to help talk to UNRA to renovate the road that heads to Kiruddu Hospital, Munyonyo and a shortcut to Southern Bypass heading to Kajjansi and connecting to Entebbe.
"Omukulu @GenWamala tusaba Ministry ne @UNRA_UG batukolele ku Salama rd, the road is in a very bad condition yet it has a very busy hospital . Ambulances that transport patients use this road in its condition ,it’s also hindering development along the road. Tusaba"- He posted.
Now as Blizz Uganda team was inspecting Saalam Road around Kulekana stage and Binzaali stage, road construction vehicles were found pouring soil into the holes trying to cover them.
