Just like what he did to Jose Chameleone, Balaam has once again set up Sipapa to be arrested and ordered URA to impound 10 of his cars in this audio that has leaked.
Just days after betraying singer Jose Chameleone, events promoter Balaam Barugahara has once again set up another close friend of his to the URA officials, city business man Charles Oryem alias Sipapa.

According an audio clip currently trending on the cyber space, as a patriotic Ugandan and a whistle blower, the CEO Radio 4 has been exposed while directing URA officials to tycoon Sipapa's residence at Kitintale to execute his arrest for evading taxes as he drives luxurious cars that lack even the national number plates.
According to Balaam, he is tired of the so called "Untouchables" purportedly supporting the NRM government no wonder just like he did to Jose Chameleone, he can't let Sipapa live an arrogant life with a number of luxurious cars at his crib in Kitintale that are not known in the tax men's books of accounts.
