Women World Cup Qualifiers: Uganda U17 Girls’ Final Squad to Face Tanzania

The head coach of the Uganda national U-17 team has today Friday 28th February named the final 18 players squad to play Tanzania in first leg of the second round of the women world cup qualifiers.

The match is slated for 1st march, 2020 on Sunday with the second leg to take place in Uganda after a two weeks time. The aggregate winner between Uganda and Tanzania will play Cameroon in the last qualification round that will see only three countries represent Africa in the 2020 FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup.

The biennial tournament will take place in India between 2nd and 21st November. The 2020 FIFA U17 Women’s World cup is the 7th edition of the FIFA-Women’s World Cup.

Defenders: Gillian Akadinda, Patricia Akiror, Grace Aluka, Gloria Namugerwa, Samalie Nakachwa, Sumaya Komuntale, Bira Nadunga
Midfielders: Shakira Nyinagahirwa, Hadijja Nandago, Moureen Nangozi, Zaitun Namaganda, Zaina Nandede
