Just like how he was arrested and dragged to Luzira Prison before the end of 2018, Bryan White is back to Prison even before the end of 2019, Blizz Uganda now tries to uncover the mystry and the mafias behind all this.

Kampala city socialite Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White's home was flooded by creditors who flocked the Directorate of Criminal Investigations headquarters after his arrest on allegations of obtaining goods by false pretence under the name of President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Bryan White's landlord and Captain Mike Mukula, the chairman of National Resistance Movement (NRM) in Eastern Uganda are some of the people who rushed to CID headquarters with claims of over Shs1 billion in unpaid money however the CID spokesperson, Assistant Superintendent of Police Charles Twine, said Mr Kirumira is being held for obtaining vehicles by false pretence.

"He says he got vehicles from one Yassah Matovu Seguya and made all payments and provided receipt of payment in the banks. But the receipts he provided are said to be those of earlier transactions, which brings in an element that before he got the cars he had premeditated mind with intent to defraud Seguya of his goods," ASP Twine said.

Apparently, the vehicles were tracked by Interpol but were not cleared by their country of destination as required by the new international standards. However, later it was found out that this was used as a decoy to impound the vehicles.

Police raided Kirumira’s home in Buziga in Makindye on Friday morning and impounded two vehicles. The third car was tracked and intercepted along Entebbe Road and each vehicle costs around Shs350m.

Detectives want to establish how Mr Kirumira came into possession of the luxurious cars as this is the second time police are conducting a related operation at Mr Kirumira’s home in just one year. In July 2018, police raided the socialite’s home and impounded a luxurious Mercedes Benz Cross Country on allegations that he acquired it fraudulently.

It was alleged that Mr Kirumira bought a Mercedes Benz Cross Country and paid only US$100,000 of US$250,000 (about Shs930,146,032).
He allegedly promised to pay the balance, which he did not, prompting the former owner to report a criminal case of obtaining goods by false pretence against Mr Kirimira.

Captain Mukula has also now spoken out;

"Brian white is in the hands of the CID - UGANDA POLICE for several cases - impunity and attempt to be untouchable in Uganda is unacceptable nobody is above the law- at the same time misrepresentation of the Name of the PRESIDENT of UGANDA will not be allowed @KagutaMuseveni"-he tweeted.
