Dembe FM Bounces Back on Air, Relaunches with a Mega Event by Nation Media Group

Nation Media Group (NMG) Uganda, the parent company of NTV, 93.3 KFM, Spark TV, Daily Monitor, The East African newspaper, Enyanda, and Nation Courier, officially relaunched 90.4 Dembe FM on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Jikoni Restaurant in Kampala.

The event attracted notable figures, including:

New and Returning Programs on Dembe FM

The radio station will feature a variety of shows, including:

• Ziwenje – Morning program
• Cheza – Afternoon entertainment segment
• Twejeewo – Evening show
• Enyanda – Sports show
• Mubeezi – Late-night love program

Rebecca Nantale, head of radio at Nation Media Group Uganda, emphasized that Dembe FM will retain its slogan, "Omuziki N’ebikuzimba" (Music and What Builds You).

The station aims to entertain and inform the youth with a fresh format, new presenters, and advanced audio-visual technology for a modern entertainment experience.
