Media personality Sheilah Gashumba has opened up on the bitter fight between her boyfriend Rickman and singer Grenade Official, she claims the later is the one who provokated the whole thing leaving Rickman hospitalized with a broken face.
On Sunday night, there was a heated altercation between Rickman Manrick and Grenade Official at La Tareza, one of the popular hangout spots in Kampala.
According to Sheilah Gashumba, her boyfriend's girlfriend, the fight started when Grenade Official approached their table and was repeatedly asked to leave. Eventually, the situation escalated and a physical fight broke out, resulting in Rickman getting injured by a glass on his lips.
Following the altercation, Rickman was taken to the hospital for treatment, while Grenade managed to escape through the bar rooftop and fled on a Boda Boda.
"Disregard the falsehood going around. GRENADE attacked Rickman with a glass and threw it to his face. It seems he had already planned this as soon as we entered. He kept coming to our table trying for fight RICKMAN’s stylist first and he was stopped then he resorted to throwing a glass which cut Rickman and he run on a boda. We have looked for him everywhere allin vail and now we are in the hospital getting stitches."- she said.
Sheilah wants to clarify that the rumors suggesting she was caught in a compromising situation with Grenade in a car are false. She believes Grenade spread these rumors to divert attention and gain publicity.
