A few weeks ago, singer Kalifah Aganaga and his management approached UK based philanthropist Emily Smith UK to record a praising song for her, they charged her 1.6Million which she paid in full but now they have reportedly refused to hand her the full song rights threatening to copyright strike her.

Bad Character CEO, Sadat Mukibi aka Khalifah Aganaga penned praising lyrics in a song demo that was released later on by Aganaga but now, we have been alerted that since she requested for the original song to enable her upload it to her social media, Aganaga's team threatened to copyright strike her.

In an audio that has been leaked out to the public, the audio praises Emily but it is still a song demo and not a well mastered version.

Now, reports confirm that Aganaga has refused to hand the song to Aganaga without her giving him more money for the copyright yet Emily paid the full amount for the song.
