Musician turned actress, Hajat Stecia Mayanja has hit hard at media personality Ibrah K Mukasa Live on air exposing how he was used by Mafias to bring her travel company to the ground, says all the lies he said made people never to trust her again.
Appearing on his TV interview, Stecia said that Ibrah was among the people that campaigned for her travel company license to get revoked.
She supplemented her music career with a travel company known as Spema Uganda International Limited.
A few years after the company’s inception, its competitors embarked on fighting it, with claims that it was behind human trafficking activities, contrary to its terms of service.
The rivals used the media to further their cause, and Ibra K Mukasa, among others, worked tirelessly to circulate the false claims in order to please their masters.
Spema was closed along with Migro Opportunity limited, Oasis External Employment Agency, and Al-salaam logistics consultancy.
She went on to say that the Anti-Human Trafficking Taskforce’s decision to revoke her company’s license was a watershed event in her suffering, which continues to this day.
