Singer Hellen Lukoma says she doesn't attend stage performances simply because music promoters don't have money to hire her for music shows.
The 32 year old talented actress, model and fashion designer is one of the few acts in the entertainment circles who doesn't quest for stage bookings despite incurring a lot in studios while recording music.
During an exclusive interview with a local TV in town, the ambitious and hardworking "Gwaliwo" singer has revealed how she takes music as business and passion and despite releasing new songs yearly, music promoters haven't convinced her with reasonable payments worth her works.
"Music is business and passion to me. I haven't started doing shows caz money offered to me by music promoters to hire me for stage performances isn't enough. It doesn't match the money I incur into my business," stated Hellen Lukoma.
Currently signed by CAN music management run by fiance and baby daddy Anwar Kaka, Lukoma says she is still doing music as passion as she awaits time when promoters will match her money value.
When asked how she survives in a luxurious life, the celebrated mother has revealed how her major source of income is acting where she fetches what is enough to withstand her personal life.
