House of Prayer Ministries' lead Pastor, Aloysius Bugingo has been charged to court for Bigamy, marrying another woman while still married to another person, and they have been slapped with charges.
According to latest info we have received, Pastor Bugingo and Suzan Makula have been served with criminal summons ordering them to appear before Entebbe Court.
The two who recently held luxurious Kukyala and Kwanjula ceremonies are now expected to appear before court on the 21st day of January, 2022 (Tomorrow).
The pair are accused of breaking about five counts of marriage but the main one was ”contracting marriage by customary law when already married under the marriage act contrary to section 50 of the Marriage Act CAP, 251”.
Bugingo and new wife Suzan Makula were dragged to court on grounds of holding an illegal traditional wedding yet the former is still married to his first wife Teddy Naluswa Bugingo, who declined to divorce him.
