Below is a List of the Ingredients you Need:

1. Chicken
2. Tomatoes
3. Onions
4. Carrots
5. Peppers
6. Salt
7. Chicken Royco Cubes
8. Chicken curry powder (not spicy)
9. Black pepper
10. Paprika

Below is are Step by Step Guides:

  • Slaughter the Hen
  • Wash to clean it thoroughly
  • Light up a stove and smoke it over charcoal stove to remove little feathers and attain some smoky flavor
  • Chop it into desired sizes
  • Put it in a pot on fire
  • Keep turing until the water is all dry and the chicken has produced its own fat
  • Add in little oil if it's not a fatty hen or its burning
  • Add in your vegetables and spices
  • Let them mix well then add your desired amount of water to make soup/stew
  • To thicken, Mix a tbsp of corn starch or multipurpose flour into water and add
  • Let it simmer for about 20-30 mins and serve.
