Who is Mercy Twinomujuni?
Mercy is a beautiful Rwandese who got married to a youthful city pastor named Phillip Tumwebaze. The two got married two years ago in an expensive wedding according to pictures we have recovered.
Her husband Phillip Tumwebaze went missing on Friday 16th Feb 2018 as His family was anxious for any leads that led to his safe return before his wedding day in March.

Mercy is currently working as the Head of Campus France Uganda, an office that supports and accompanies students wishing to study in France.
She is also a French language facilitator at Makerere University, she has also been a language specialist at Alliance Francaise de Kampala for five years
Twinomujuni is also a fiction writer who has been writing for 9 years and has her own books published.
From 2018- 2019, she worked as a Consular agent at the France Embassy in Uganda. She has as well worked as an English teacher and a Marketing intern.
About her level of education, Twinomujuni has a Master’s Degree in Teaching France and English languages, a Bachelor’s in the same course which she attained from Kyambogo University.
According to this information, it is so clear that she could have been behind Kabuura’s recent trip to France at the end of 2020.
