URA FC head coach Sam Ssimbwa & KCCA FC goal poacher Sadat Anaku voted March's best in the Pilsner awards

URA FC coach Sam Ssimbwa and KCCA FC forward have on Thursday 15th April,2021 been name the coach and player of the Month of March respectively.

The Tax Collectors' gaffer was on impressive form in the last month playing and winning all of the five matches and are currently level on 39 points with Vipers who lead the table on goal difference.

URA form in March:

URA visited and beat UPDF 1:0 Courtesy of a strike from Steven Mukwala, won 2:0 against Kyetume FC, with goals from Cromwell Rwothomio and Kagimu Shafic before an identical score and win followed against Police FC, the same goal scorers against Kyetume were still on target for against the Cops.

URA FC also beat Vipers 2:1 with Steven Mukwala and Shafic Kuchi Kagimu scoring for the cops before the tax collectors taxed Onduparaka 3:0 in Arua. Thanks to a brace from Steven Mukwala and a goal from Cromwell Rwothomio that sealed the victorious month for the Sam Ssimbwa coached side.

Sadat Anaku also beat competition from Mukwala to the Best player of the Month accolade. He scored six goals compared to Mukwala's five in the month.

Sadat Anaku hit a Hat-trick against Busoga United, against UPDF and a goal against Police FC.

Both the day's winners walked home with 1,000,000Ugx Pilsner lager.
