Prophet Bushiris’ young daughter confirmed dead and couple blames South Africa government. The self-proclaimed prophet, Shepherd Bushiri and his wife Mary are sad following the death of their daughter Israella, who was eight years-old.
News of the little girl’s death was announced by Bushiri on social media. It is believed that she had been suffering from a lung infection.
“Israella was a strong young girl who loved to worship and serve God, despite her young age. She was brilliant in her speech and had a divine excellency in the way she spoke and even tackled her studies,” Bushiri said.
The passing of Bushiri’s daughter was announced on the same day his extradition trial continues in Malawi. Bushiri says daughter was a ‘victim’ of South Africa persecutions.
Shepherd Bushiri and his wife fled South Africa for Malawi, in violation of their bail conditions. They, along with three co-accused face charges of fraud and money laundering to the tune of R102 million. They were each released on bail by the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court after being in police custody for more than two weeks.
Their bail application in Malawi came on the same day they were set to return to the court for the aforementioned charges.
