Mengo Chief Magistrate's Court set to decide whether there should be a vote recount for the Kampala Central constituency, where incumbent MP Muhammad Nsereko was declared winner. The case was filed by his contender Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu.
The Chief Magistrate Esther Nsambu has dismissed an application for vote recount for Kampala Central constituency filed by Fred Nyanzi Ssentamu challenging the win of incumbent Muhammad Nsereko.
Following the complaints brought up by the National Unity Platiform flag bearer for MP Kampala seat race Fred Nyanzi in the last Presidential and Parliamentary Elections that took place on 14th January 2021.
Fred Nyanzi brought up a complaint and said his votes in 53 polling stations were rigged because his Agents were not allowed in these 53 polling stations and he doesn't accept the information that came out of these 53 polling stations.
