A mammoth of people have turned out to cheer the National Unity Platform flag bearer Robert Kyagulanyi real name Kyagulanyi on his way to nomination at Kyambogo.
Thousands of his excited supporters over powered police and other security forces in the township of Kisasi—enroute to Kyambogo.
Police on several instances fired teargas to his supporters who were holding party umbrellas and matching on streets chanting his name.
On streets and roads leading to the nomination grounds, songs of praise for Bobi Wine blared through speakers and were danced to by his supporters.
Security forces have closed several roads from the city center and other parts of Kampala.
