Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone and Uganda Revenue Authority have signed a memorandum of understanding in which their tax evasion conflict will be settled outside court.
State attorney, Hilda Bakanansa revealed that Jose had written proposing that the issue could be settled outside court.
