City tycoon Oryem Charles alias Sipapa has cried out to events promoter Balaam Barugahara to help him get his Range Rover back from the URA offices.
Just like what he did to Jose Chameleone, Balaam once again betrayed Sipapa by setting him up to be arrested and ordered URA to impound 10 of his cars.
Like as he promised to deal with the so called "Untouchables" who are fond of evading taxes as they purportedly claim to be supporting the NRM government, the CEO Radio 4 exposed Sipapa's uncleared luxurious cars at his crib in Kitintale were the tax men managed to tow one of Range Rovers and he is now crying foul play by his friend, Balaam Barugahara.
"#Balaam Barugahara The Uganda’s conquererer, The sabavulu, The radio owner, The slay king, The untouchable, The badest Freind , The money king, The non spender, The Facebook owner, The URA director, please direct the Revenue to give me back my Range Rover," cried out Sipapa through his social media platforms.
