Following the government's directives in the bid of controlling the coronavirus, Pastor August Yiga of the Revival Church Kawaala has criticised the decision of closing churches and other worship centers since Pastors have no where no eat or sustain a living.

It must be remembered that President Museveni ordered for the closure of schools and suspended religious gatherings across the country in an attempt to prevent the spread of the viral virus.

Yiga alias 'Abizaayo' is however not in support of the government directive to halt religious gatherings citing the fact that a church is a business and there is no other way they will be able to sustain a living for their families without getting tithe and the necessary financial support from the flock.

Pastor Yiga concedes to the fact that the pandemic is really dangerous and needs redress but also, the government had to take in mind before coming up these directives that nothing is more deadly in life like hunger since the human survival moves hand in hand with good feeding.

"Yes the virus has really disturbed the world but in real life, there is nothing more dangerous like hunger that's why the government had to think about giving us a period time warning of closing our premises so that we could prepare accordingly.

It's going to hurt us as Pastors since church is a business and its Biblical that God ordered that his servants be fed by the church," stated Pastor Yiga during a local TV exclusive interview.
