Proving that he is not a man of his word, band musician Chris Evans Kaweesi forgave songbird Rema Namakula and straight away resumed stage performances Blizz Uganda has learnt.
After embarrassing him on stage as the two performed at Africana Hotel on Valentines Day, Chris Evans Kaweesi had broken up his ties with Rema and given her a 5 days ultimatum to apologise to him or else he was ready to move on with plan B.
This was after Namakula tried to pull Evans off stage and refused to sing her part in their collabo titled ‘Linda’ when the latter mentioned her former lover Eddy Kenzo’s name while performing their Linda hit song.
Though 'Mukyala musawo' came out arrogantly and vowed never to apologise to the "Bwolonda" singer as she claimed that there was nothing to apologise for, revelers were optimistic of seeing Chris Evans next move as he had promised.
However, Chris Evans as he is known to be not a man enough buried the hatchet with the 'Clear' singer and resumed stage performances with the songbird last Friday 21st at Joggies Recreation Center located at Bulaga, Wakiso district along the Kampala Mityana road.
The pair performed their "Linda" music collaboration and it was all about whistling and ululations from fans as Chris Evans dogged mentioning Eddy Kenzo's name like he had done previously.
