Bryan White Drags Mike Mukula to Court, Wants Compesation For His 160Million

Socialite Bryan White Kirumira has put the NRM Deputy Chairperson for Eastern Uganda, Captain George Micheal Mukula alias Mike Mukula on notice of intension to sue him for fraud.

The pencil sized tycoon is accusing Captain Mike Mukula of paying off Uganda Police officers to illegally detain him in order to put him under duress thus coercing him into signing an agreement and releasing a vehicle he had paid back to them.

Through his lawyers Kirya &Co. Advocates, Bryan White has filed a legal suit against Captain Mike Mukula to demand for his car or a refund of his money given the fact that his agreement with is unenforceable and void due to conditions it was made.

Basing on the principles that he had no option but to sign in order to be set free, this becomes good evidence for duress and coercion.
