Singer Sheebah Karungi has opened up about her decision to cancel a music battle with nemesis Spice Diana. The musical rivalry that’s been brewing for over two years took a new twist when Sheebah revealed that it wouldn't make her enough money so she needs someone who can bring in the cash.
According to Sheebah, the financial payoff from a battle with Spice Diana just wouldn't cut it.
"Battling Spice Diana wouldn't make me enough money," Sheebah confessed. "I need a competitor who can truly bring in the cash. Spice Diana and I don’t have the kind of beef that would make the event thrilling enough to generate substantial excitement or revenue."
Sheebah also pointed out that the atmosphere of her past clash with Cindy Sanyu set a high bar. "That battle had real intensity," she explained. "Without that kind of spark, the excitement would be missing, and frankly, it wouldn’t be worth the effort."
So, while fans might have been dreaming of a high-octane showdown, Sheebah’s choice makes it clear: for a battle to be worth it, it needs to have more than just star power—it needs a dash of drama and a whole lot of excitement.
