In recent weeks, rumors have been making rounds that Kadongo Kamu singer and politician Sir Mathias Walukagga, had ventured into the car dealership business after numerous posts on his personal Facebook page promoting various car brands and models, seemingly attracting potential buyers.

However, in a recent interview, Walukagga addressed these claims head-on, dismissing the notion that he has taken up selling cars to diversify his income. He clarified that the posts on his Facebook page are not a reflection of his personal business activities.

Walukagga explained that due to the high engagement on his social media, his handler uses the platform to market cars for third parties. "I am not responsible for the cars being sold on my Facebook page," he stated unequivocally.

Despite the misunderstandings, Walukagga acknowledged that he owns multiple cars. He shared that this is part of his financial strategy, as he finds it easier to retain his wealth in tangible assets like cars rather than in cash, which he is prone to give away. "It’s easier for me to keep money in cars because I can give away cash easily, but selling a car is much harder for me," he explained.

In sum, while Walukagga’s Facebook page might be bustling with car advertisements, it’s all part of a social media management strategy rather than a personal business venture. His primary focus remains on his music and political career.
