In an exclusive interview with Spark TV, singr Ava Peace bravely shared her journey through the trials and tribulations of breaking into the music industry including how she was greatly disappointed by music promoter Andy Events, the former manager of B2C and Brian Weiyz.
Ava Peace revealed that she had been promised assistance by Andy Events, who pledged to help her achieve her dreams in the music industry. However, this promise came at a cost - Ugx 4 million. Undeterred, Ava managed to gather the funds and handed them over to Andy, hoping to kickstart her career.
However, their plans hit a roadblock when they attempted to proceed to Nessim for a music project recording, only to be denied entry at the gate. Adding insult to injury, the photographer hired for a photoshoot refused to release the images, citing non-payment by Andy Events. Faced with these setbacks, Ava Peace made the difficult decision to cut her losses and explore alternative avenues to fulfill her musical aspirations.

Reflecting on her journey, Ava Peace remarked, "As I was striving for a breakthrough in the industry, Andy Events requested for Ugx 4 million to work with me. I arranged the funds and handed them over. However, when we attempted to proceed to Nessim for recording, we were stopped at the gate. Additionally, the photographer declined to provide the photo-shoot images, stating they were unpaid for by Andy, and this is how I gave up on that money."
