The Facebook page of Galaxy FM, a renowned radio station based in Kansaga, has been deleted by Meta, Facebook's parent company, for violating their community guidelines always posting half n@ked women and those with big Nyash during events.

According to Blizz Uganda sourcs, they lost the page for sharing content that crossed the boundaries of Meta's terms and conditions, specifically related to n#dity and inappropriate material.

Galaxy FM's Facebook page had gained notoriety for posting eyebrow-raising photos of individuals, particularly during events. This raised concerns among the audience, and in recent months, several individuals claimed to have lost their jobs due to images shared on the page.

The station, whose Facebook page also served as main page for the news from their website, awoke to the abrupt disappearance of their digital outpost. Meta's enforcement of community guidelines led to the removal of Galaxy FM's page, rendering it invisible to the public eye.

Meta's decision comes in the wake of a growing outcry against the controversial content shared by the radio station. Users, both within and beyond the Kansaga community, expressed their concerns, citing the effects on employment and the overall discomfort caused by the explicit imagery.

While Galaxy FM has yet to officially commented on the deletion of their Facebook page, Meta's action underscores the platform's commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive digital space for users worldwide.
