After pulling off an energetic performance that left the crowd singing his songs line by line, singer Grenade Official was captured by unknown gunmen who arrested him and took him away from the venue leaving on-lookers totally puzzled.
This was during rapper Fik Fameica's concert held at the Lugogo Cricket Oval, when the former Team No Sleep (TNS) singer , Deus Ndugwa, popularly known as Grenade Official, was whisked away.
Shortly after his arrest, reports flooding the internet suggest that the charismatic singer was swiftly apprehended by security operatives during his energetic performance on Friday evening, leaving fans and industry insiders both shocked and puzzled.
The operation unfolded seamlessly, as Grenade was discreetly plucked from his seat without causing any disturbance, only to be whisked away to an undisclosed location.
Grenade of Cuffs
While the reasons behind Grenade Official's abrupt arrest from the concert remain unknown, rumors has it thatit was in connection to a previous altercation with fellow artist Rickman Manrick. It's believed that Grenade has been on the police's radar since an incident last September, where he allegedly engaged in fisticuffs with Rickman.
