Renowned media personality and events MC, Dagy Nyce (Ngobi Isubukalu Douglas), has opened up about his emotional journey in reconnecting with his estranged mother, Pastor Sarah Morgan who dumped him and his 8 siblings when she relocated to United States back in 1989.
According to Dagy Nyce, Pastor Morgan made a life-altering decision to relocate to the United States in 1989, following a distressing domestic violence incident that led to the dissolution of her marriage. In the aftermath, she decided to cut ties with her entire family, including her own children, seeking solace and a fresh start.
Growing up without the presence of his mother proved to be a challenging experience for Dagy Nyce, who never had the opportunity to establish a connection with her. However, fate took a turn in 2015 when Dagy seized the moment to confront his mother during a conference at Pastor Robert Kayanja’s church in Uganda.

Overcoming the hurdles posed by his mother's high-profile status as a main preacher, Dagy Nyce revealed that gaining access to her proved to be no small feat. The protective circle around her made it a daunting task, but Dagy's determination prevailed.
Reflecting on the reunion, Dagy Nyce acknowledged the complexity of the situation, noting that it was no easy feat to establish contact with his mother, who seemed uninterested in rekindling ties with her children.
