Nigerian Chocolate City-signed rapper Emeka Akumefule, professionally known as Blaqbonez, set the stage ablaze at the Jameson Hangout 2023. The quarterly fest, curated by Talent Africa, proved to be the ultimate blend of interactive games, trend-setting pop-up shops, captivating musical performances, and mouth-watering barbecue delicacies.
The previous editions of Jameson Hangout earlier this year featured stellar performances by WurlD and Oladapo from Nigeria, leaving audiences clamoring for more.
The anticipation reached a fever pitch on Saturday, November 25th, as revelers flooded the Ndere Troupe Center in Ntinda to witness Blaqbonez's much-anticipated show.
Dressed in a stylish ensemble of a white vest, black jeand, and a casual jacket, the 27-year-old rapper took the stage amidst thunderous cheers from the audience. Blaqbonez delivered a high-octane performance, belting out his popular hits, including the crowd-pleaser, 'Like Ice Spice.'
The night was not just about Blaqbonez, as a lineup of local performers added their flair to the festivities. Artists such as Lilian Mbabazi, Adrenalyn Music, and Mike Mungu, along with talented deejays and emcees, ensured that the energy remained electrifying throughout the event.
The diverse crowd, predominantly composed of a younger audience, resonated seamlessly with the star of the day, making the Jameson Hangout 2023 finale an unforgettable experience.
As the curtains closed on the event, it marked the stylish and entertaining conclusion to a year filled with musical magic, interactive fun, and delicious treats courtesy of the Jameson Hangout.
